There's something magical about a sunny day of backcountry skiing. I'm so excited that winter is here! The cone looked pretty tracked up, so we decided to check out tippy toe. It was fairly wind affected compared to yesterday, but the main segment of the run was primo. It was really nice to get a longer run and enjoy the rhythm of the powder.
It's hard to say how the sun will affect the conditions throughout the day... Go get it while it's good!
Keep the Stoke Going!

Here's a video of our first day of skiing last year on November 12th. Same run (Tippy Toe): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D06IqtMxMMYIt was amazing powder (slightly better than today), but not quite as sunny.
