PRODUCT SUMMARYBy The Boundary Hunter
THE GOODSTYLE: Dakine does a great job making a fashionable glove. I love the way these things look with both the ski outfit and the out on the town cloths.
WARMTH: The 2/6oz PrimaLoft make these rock in cold weather at keeping your paws warm. The Zipper makes it easy to slide them under your jacket and ensures that no snow will seep in keeping you nice and toasty dry. The waterproofness is the best I've seen (see video).
THE BADSTICKTION: Because these gloves are so warm, my hand actually began to sweat inside when I was hiking. It wasn't a big issue except I had trouble taking my hand out without sticking to the fleece liner. The same thing happens if your hand has any moisture on it going back into glove.
NO WIPE: If it's cold enough for me to wear these gloves, chances are my nose is running. I wish these had a nose wipe to keep the "flow" under control.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOWIf the circulation in your hands isn't as efficient as you would like and you aren't a mitten fan, the Dakine Vectra is a good glove for you. These look great with any outfit and are guaranteed to keep you dry and warm with the GoreTex lining. The pre-curvved box finger design allows Dakine to stuff this baby with PrimaLoft while still being able to feel your poles.
