THE GOOD
A company you can feel good about. This jacket is super comfortable and form fitting. It has a great water repellent finish to complement the waterproof fabric. It's pretty dang light, the collar has a nice fabric so there is no chaffing on the chin and the hood gives you great coverage without sacrificing peripheral vision. At the end of its long life the Shelter can be recycled once again into polyester fibers for reuse.

THE BAD
Not too much to say. The zippers aren't YKK but get the job done.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
This is a high end waterproof/weatherproof jacket that is a good investment for you and the earth. If you are looking to make a green conscious purchase this is the jacket for you!

I am the product developer for this style and all the zippers are YKK waterproof, except the CF, which is a Riri Aqua-zipper.
Riri zippers are recognized as a symbol of quality in the industry.
