THE GOOD
Practicality: The adjustable padded camera block is just the beginning of where this pack is practical. It also has waterproof fleece lined waist pockets and organizer pockets that work perfectly for keeping spare batteries or memory cards. If you find yourself in a blizzard, throw on the rain cover and find comfort knowing that your camera is staying dry even if your not.
Safety First: The sequences front pocket enables the photographers to carry their own shovel and probe in the backcountry so that they're as ready for the unexpected as the rest of the group.
THE BAD
Hydration: Even though the Sequence has side pockets that will fit water bottles, it would be nice to have a hydration sleeve for larger capacity.
Space: When the camera block is in the pack, there isn't much space for additional items such as a large lunch or extra layers.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Dakine created a practical camera pack that has plenty of room for all types of photo equipment including up to five lenses, a camera body, and a tripod if needed. This pack can be used in the snow, sun, or anywhere in between. If you decide to leave the camera at home, simply remove the padded camera block and your left with a 2000 cu. in. pack ready to be stuffed.
