Ah the freedom of the open road and sleeping where ever the good lord leads you. Usually that ends up for us to be living slope side in our mobile 100 square foot apartment. If I do the math, depending what ski town you are in, at the going rate per square foot, even in this recession, brings our 21 year old mechanical family member to about $40,000 big ones for a slope side bungalow like ours. That's about a 400% increase in value from what we bought it at. Even Donald Trump would get financially aroused by those numbers. Think about that next time you want to buy a Prius. Sure it may be powered by rainbows and children's laughter, but as we say in the van restate world, it's all about re-location, re-location-re-location.

For now we have too good snow here in the Cascades, waiting to head east when conditions are less than stellar.
