Gear, gadgets and goodies! Outdoor Retailer is a tradeshow where the outdoor industry shows off next year's latest and greatest. We're here checking everything out , testing new products on the slopes and providing YOU with an honest first look at gear that will be in stores next year. Here's what we've found so far:

The multi tool to the left (Brooks Range) has EVERY tool that you would need for a ski or a boot. Never get stranded again!

Black Diamond made some big changes to their line! The Justice moves to the Efficient Series and is replaced by the new Amp. The Megawatt will still be in the line, but the Gigawatt will take over as the biggest stick in their line. Also, the Zealot gets a completely redesigned flex pattern, twin tip, and even some weight reduction.

Even lower down in the power series, the Verdict gets an early rise tip and redesigned flex to become a multipurpose ski. Also, their boots all remain similar, but recieve a redesigned liner with a stiff tongue, adding more forward stiffness for driving bigger skis. Next, since staying hydrated keeps you alert, speeds up avalanche rescues and is generally very hard to do, NUUN tablets hit the spot. Actively replacing electrolytes with no sugar while still tasting good means that they've come up with a useful product!
