THE GOODSuperfeet designed this snowsport specific insole to fit womens feet and give them the power and edge control needed for a long, hard day of skiing. I have tried many different insoles in my ski boots over the years and these seem to fit my foot the best (I have a narrow, low volume foot with medium arches). Not only are they extremely comfortable and supportive, but they are also warmer than anything I have tried!
The insoles have a shiny space blanket-type material called Thermo-Foil on the bottom of the toes which reflects cold air down and warm air up. On top of the Thermo-Foil is an AirWeave layer which traps warm air from from the toes and provides a little more cushion.
THE BAD1. These support very well, though I wish the arch extended a little further forward on my foot. In other pairs of insoles I often go a size bigger to accommodate the arches, but with Superfeet, fitting the heel cup is most important.
2. At about $50, these cost more than regular Superfeet, but it's worth it.
3. For those with already tight boots, these insoles might have too much volume
4. Generally, for ski performance insoles should have less cushion and more support.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOWIf you don't have some sort of custom insole in your ski boots (or in every pair of shoes you own for that matter) you are missing out! Each brand seems to have a different fit- some have higher arches, some have longer arches, some have more or less of a heel cut. For average arches, heels and width, Superfeet are my personal favorite and the thermo-foil feature on the Hot Pink model keeps my feet warmer than all other insoles.
For fitting, start with your shoe size to find which will fit. I wear a size 24 ski boot and went with size C, though sometimes I go up to a D for arch length.

On the coldest day I have used them (-20F in the Cameron Pass backcountry), my toes still got really cold, but did so more slowly than usual and warmed up much more quickly.
