THE GOOD
The Womens Mountain Hardwear Compressor Jacket is a great mid weight synthetic insulated jacket. The fit is stylish. The hood fits over a helmet. It has a DWR coating for water repellency. There is soft fleece near the collar to prevent chin chaffing. I also really like the color options.

THE BAD
The sizes are a little skewed. I would recommend going a size larger than what you normally wear if you intend on wearing additional layers underneath.

This is not meant as a super warm parka but as a nice mid weight option during uphill missions. It's lightweight and compressable, like down, but it's synthetic so it will actually keep you warm in a wet emergency situation.
