Highlights

The Y Couloir is a narrow, extremely long and continuously steep line that is very aesthetic with a very short approach.

Ascent

Drive up Little Cottonwood Canyon about 3 miles to where you can see the Y Couloir on the right hand side, there will be a pull off on your right shortly after. Park there and skin to the base of the Couloir. You will have to cross a creek. There is usually a snow bridge. Boot up the couloir, and stay right at the fork. The upper half can be quite treacherous at times.

Descent

Ski what you hiked up.

Access/Permits

None. Dogs aren't allowed in the canyon.
