If you could make it snow every night and go blue every day would you do it? What if your local ski resort would go out of business for lack of snow unless you intervened? What if you knew you were stealing precipitation from elsewhere to improve your own ski conditions?

Imagine that you could tap into atmospheric moisture and make it dump on command. Imagine you could manipulate the Jet Stream so every storm hit your home mountain. Would you do so? What if you could control the weather on such a massive scale but your method involved spraying toxic chemicals in the sky and blasting the atmosphere with potentially dangerous electromagnetic frequencies? Would you still do it?

What if I told you that advanced (and dangerous) technologies to manipulate the global weather -- well beyond cloud seeding -- already exist and have been in use for decades? I am going to tell you that, but you don't have to take my word alone...

“I remember the sky being an almost dark blue color when I was a kid skiing. Now it is usually a hazy white blue at best on a clear day. What we consider clear now is totally different from what it used to be.

We should all know the difference between an airplane vapor trail and a trail which slowly disperses into a cloud behind a plane. If you keep an eye on planes, you can see the difference and often in the same area of the sky within minutes. Everyone should research both HAARP and what is called aerial spraying and we should be asking a lot more questions about what secret programs are modifying our weather and what other intentions might be included in those programs.

I don't have the answers, just theories. But science is seeing huge increases in aluminum and other substances in rain and snow. It is coming from the sky and likely from these dispersions.”

"Skiers are completely dependent on climate and weather and are constantly observing, playing in, talking about, criticizing and frothing about weather patterns and how much or how little it snowed. Geo-Engineering, cloud-seeding, and weather manipulation has been happening for many years and it is very surprising how little interest skiers seem to show on the subject, which completely influences our sport.

It is a very controversial subject which I don't have answers to, but one thing I do know is that airplane trails are creating clouds and turning bluebird days into nasty grey overcast days followed by toxic looking sunsets.

Technologies like HAARP and aerosol spraying are a reality and, in my opinion, are having a dramatic effect on our climate. I believe that the current weather patterns on earth are being manipulated for an unknown variety of reasons ranging from "combating global warming", to weather warfare, to food and water control, and for other reasons beyond my current comprehension. Directed energy technology like HAARP can even be used for mind control.

As a passionate skier and athlete who likes healthy food, water, and air, as a father, and as a global citizen, these dangerous science experiments and attempts at playing god by controlling the weather are extremely concerning. As skiers who are not merely surviving but spend our days playing in the mountains I think it is our responsibility to open our eyes, do some research and get to the bottom of what's really going on in our atmosphere."

"It doesn't seem like the question is 'if': there are endless photos and time lapses out there documenting chemtrailing going on. That alone should inspire curiosity.

Even the basic, well-documented silver iodide cloud seeding to produce rain and snow fall -- which is employed by a wide variety of business interests -- robs one place to give to another, altering weather patterns. Who knows what governments and business interests are doing with Stratospheric Welsbach Seeding and bullshit like that. The question is more 'what', and 'why', not 'if'.

Since these chemicals are being sprayed in the air, they effect everything on the planet, and could be toxic -- to everything -- you would think people would be concerned a little. It seems like an error in this department could have some major consequences for future generations, and climate science has been proven to be less than ideal.

So, yea, jet produced clouds are actually a widely accepted fact in SOCAL. People say stuff like "Hey WTF is THAT?!" all the time... the ones that aren't looking at their shoelaces or smart phones."

These three skiers aren't alone in wondering about the strange sights commonly visible in our skies. Millions of people around the world have studied the sky, done their own research, and woken up to the reality of Geo-Engineering.

"Geo-Engineering" literally means "engineering the planet", and that's exactly what powerful organizations are covertly attempting to do. Ongoing climate manipulation programs utilizing advanced weather monitoring and modification technologies have been going on for more than a decade, largely unknown about despite now being visible in the skies on an almost daily basis.

The Geo-Engineers' stated intent is to manipulate the planet's weather in hopes of "counteracting climate change". At first glance, manipulating the global weather to save us from climate change sounds like a pretty noble and admirable thing to do, but what if these programs are actually being used by governments, corporations, and the global financial syndicate in their neverending quests for profit and power? There is an ungodly amount of money to be made through controlling the weather, and weather can also be used as a political tool or weapon, so less admirable motivations for manipulating the weather than "saving the planet" obviously exist.

Also -- when you really think about it -- a plan to intentionally change the climate to prevent climate change makes about as much sense as bombing for peace or fucking for virginity. What if these climate changing programs are actually making climate change worse? What if the methods being used are actually making us sick and harming the environment?

If you are not very familiar with this topic, it probably sounds like science fiction or (gasp!) conspiracy theory to you, but Weather Modification, Geo-Engineering, and Weather Warfare are all too real. Humans have been intentionally modifying the weather for over a century, and weather modification has been used as a weapon many times in the past. This is not a conspiracy theory but rather a well-documented historical fact. You just won't hear about it in the mainstream media.

The map below, produced by etcgroup.org, provides a good historical perspective on dozens of Geo-Engineering projects conducted over the last half century. This map does not cover all Geo-Engineering projects because many of them have been and are being conducted in secret. Though incomplete, this map gives a good glimpse of what has been done in the past and the scale at which weather and climate modification has been employed.

A simple Google News search for "geoengineering" currently brings up 1,870 recent mainstream media stories on the topic. These stories claim that Geo-Engineers are conducting small-scale experiments, but we all know that the mainstream media does not typically tell us the whole truth in a timely manner. Also, there is an impeccably researched paper trail confirming that these programs were dreamed up over a century ago, were developed in the 1950s, were weaponized during the 1960s, and have been conducted over North America since at least the late-1990s.

If you find that claim hard to believe, here is a quote stated in 1958 by Chief White House Adviser on Weather Modification, Captain Howard T. Orville, saying the Department of Defense was studying “ways to manipulate the charges of the Earth and sky and so affect the weather by using an electronic beam to ionise or de-ionise the atmosphere over a given area." So military scientists were already changing the weather by zapping the atmosphere with an electronic beam in 1958.

One of the mainstream spokesmen for the Geo-Engineers is a Harvard Professor named David Keith. On November 22th, 2012 he did an interview with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, and his statements about Geo-Engineering are quite revealing:

Every time David Keith gets interviewed he says that Geo-Engineering is currently being tested on a limited scale and may have to be implemented if climate change gets too bad. In this interview Keith openly admits that Geo-Engineering technology has existed since the 1960s, but expects us to believe that these capabilities are only in small-scale preliminary development. If this were the case it would be an extreme exception to the historical record of technological development. For example, the first atomic bomb tests took place in 1945, and just a few months later the US bombed Hiroshima and Nagasaki. All kids like to play with their new toys, especially well-funded military scientists.

The absurd notion that scientists have been sitting on this technology for 50 years contradicts the fact that millions of people all over the world are documenting planes spraying crap into the atmosphere, unnatural repeating wave cloud formations, and other visual evidence of widespread funny business in the sky. Meanwhile, independent rain/snow/air testing is documenting unprecedented levels of toxic Aluminium, Barium, Strontium and other unusual compounds falling out of the sky. Aluminium, Barium, and Strontium are all documented in stratospheric aerosol Geo-Engineering Patents issued decades ago.

Geo-Engineering refers to large scale weather modification projects. Meanwhile there are dozens of openly-admitted small scale weather mod. programs currently taking place in North America. Every icon on the map below represents an ongoing or recent small-scale weather modification program:

Most of these openly-admitted weather mod. programs are being conducted by state governments, utility companies, and even ski resorts for the purposes of snowpack and rainfall augmentation. These precipitation enhancement programs involve cloud seeding with silver iodide, which is a relatively ancient technology developed way back in the 1940's.

Over the last decades technology has advanced at a blistering pace, and weather modification technology is no exception to that trend. Progress in the field of weather monitoring, forecasting, and modification rivals recent advances in computing and communication technology. Attempting to explain advanced weather mod. tech to the uninformed (or misinformed) is like trying to describe an iPhone to someone who doesn't even know what a computer or cell phone is.

Scientists have developed additional chemicals that can be sprayed in the atmosphere to modify the weather. Scientists have also developed wireless energy technologies – imagine a giant microwave oven beaming power into the sky – that can be used to heat large portions of the atmosphere. Again, this is not a conspiracy theory but a well-documented historical fact. Sadly, most people know very little about weather modification -- and many believe it is impossible -- even though its been going on for decades.

For example, silver iodide cloud seeding proved its success almost 70 years ago, and dozens of expensive projects are currently underway in North America, but many people have a hard time believing that it actually works. Most people don't know this bit of history, but rather definitive proof of cloud seeding’s success -- and the reality of weather warfare -- came during the Vietnam War when the US Military used cloud seeding against the Viet Cong through a covert program called Operation Popeye:

Operation Popeye was a US military cloud seeding operation (running from March 20, 1967 until July 5, 1972) during the Vietnam War to extend the monsoon season, specifically areas of the Ho Chi Mihn Trail. The operation seeded clouds with silver iodide, resulting in the targeted areas seeing an extension of the monsoon period an average of 30 to 45 days and at least a 30% increase in precipitation. As the continuous rainfall slowed down enemy movements, it was considered relatively successful. The 54th Weather Recon. Squadron carried out the operation to "make mud, not war."

During the Vietnam War the US Military also sprayed ~20,000,000 gallons of toxic Agent Orange out of airplanes and helicopters with the stated intent of "defoliating the forest" to make it easier to spot enemies from the air. In reality, 400 thousand Vietnamese died from exposure to these toxins, at least one million Vietnamese suffered birth defects and other serious health problems because of these toxins, and over five million Vietnamese were forced off of their ancestral lands and into overcrowded cities because of these toxins. Thousands of American soldiers also suffered from exposure to these toxins which were intentionally released as part of Operation Ranch Hand between 1961 and 1971. Again, this is not conspiracy theory but well-documented historical fact.

The US is not the only country with a history of doing these sorts of things, but exposing the skeletons in our own closet is the easiest way of proving the historical existence of militarized weather modification and aerial spraying programs for other devious purposes. Many nations have resorted to horrific chemical warfare and covert weather warfare. Russia, China, Australia, and several European nations are currently undertaking their own large scale weather modification programs, and there is a historical precedent of rival nations conducting massive climate modification programs cooperatively when their political agendas overlap. Geo-Engineering is a global phenomenon conducted by many nations cooperatively.

If technologies to manipulate the weather have existed since the 1940s, have advanced in mind-boggling ways in the decades since, and have been used in the past for weather warfare, do you think governments, militaries, and powerful corporations would make use of that technology today? Do governments, militaries, and powerful corporations seek power and profit above all else? Would they sit on a technology that would give them incredible power and guaranteed profits?

Do you think the US Military -- currently using remote controlled drone aircraft to fire computer guided missiles at "suspected militants" in their covert "war on terror" throughout Africa and the Middle East -- would make use of advanced weather modification capabilities?

Of course they would -- and they do -- because the technology has existed for decades, and Operation Popeye is just one of many historical instances proving that weather warfare is a reality. Operation Ranch Hand provides a clear historical precedent of toxic chemicals being released over an unsuspecting populace. There is even documentation of the US Government spraying poisons on US citizens as part of numerous experiments dating to the 1950's.

If governments have sprayed toxic crap out of airplanes for assorted purposes in the past, what would stop them from doing it now? Surely the UN would stop them, right?! Well, they tried...

Weather warfare was officially banned by the United Nations (UN) at the Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD) in 1977. ENMOD banned weather warfare against foreign enemies but there are many loopholes in the treaty allowing for weather modification over international airspace, over a nation's own territories, conducted by private corporations, or for supposedly benevolent purposes like "combating climate change" or "scientific experimentation". Also worth noting, the UN banned torture long ago but that doesn't stop member nations like the US from engaging in "enhanced interrogation techniques" like water boarding, sleep deprivation, and electromagnetic brainwave manipulation (aka, torture). Is it possible that weather warfare is also being conducted despite being banned?

In 1970 the visionary Canadian media theorist and philosopher Marshall McLuhan said, "World War III is a guerrilla information war with no division between military and civilian participation." Those words ring true at a time when governments, banks, corporations, and the mainstream media are continually getting caught in their lies by an ever growing awareness and activism spreading via the Internet.

Could World War III be an ongoing weather war as well?! Is it possible that weather warfare is being conducted as an extension of class-warfare? A war waged by the rich against the global poor? How else can we explain massive droughts around the globe, family farms being bought out by corporations growing GMOs, and skyrocketing food prices when we all know that global warming should cause more rain? Increasing temperatures should increase evaporation from the oceans, atmospheric moisture, and total rainfall. Period. Instead, we're seeing widespread and persistent drought around the globe punctuated by unprecedented natural disasters.

If the observations of millions of people around the world, thousands of independent rain/snow samples, and the research of hundreds of courageous activists can be trusted the answer to that question is a resounding "YES." Accepting this reality is difficult, however, because it brings up a lot of additional questions...

How do we know these programs are safe for people and the environment? How do we know these programs are making the planet more inhabitable and not less inhabitable? Can we Americans really trust a government that wages global economic warfare, drops bombs on innocent civilians, bails out banksters, spies on all of us, has over a million Americans locked up on non-violent marijuana charges, and continually subsidizes fossil fuels (the supposed cause of climate change)? With a track record like that, can our current government be trusted to regulate and conduct massive programs with our weather that are *supposedly* intended to benefit all of humanity? The same governments killing, terrorizing, and incarcerating millions of humans all over the planet? My gut and historical knowledge sez they cannot be trusted and the actual motivations for Geo-Engineering are far less idealistic than saving us from "climate change".

Let me make it abundantly clear that I am NOT a climate change denier. The climate is certainly changing, but I do not accept anything the mainstream media tells me without doing my own research and thinking for myself. We are perpetually bombarded by the mainstream media with the notion that the gradual increase (over the last 100+ years) in atmospheric CO2 concentrations from 280 parts per million to almost 400 parts per million is the primary driver of climate change. This seems simplistic when many other factors are certainly in play, and especially when it is well-documented that humans have been intentionally modifying the weather to some extent over the last century. Despite the mainstream media's spin campaign, there is good evidence that climate modification programs are taking place right now.

Skepticism is a good thing, but uninformed denial is not. Please don't shut this information out. You don't need to believe everything you read, but if you're not open to new ideas and thinking for yourself, how do you know that what you've been told is actually true?

We live in the Information Age, and "Knowledge is Power". Please help me help you become more powerful by reading this with an open mind, doing your own research, and studying the skies where you live. I don't expect to convince anyone who is just now learning about these topics, but I do hope to trigger your curiosity and get you to think for yourself on these issues.

I was very skeptical of the notion of attempts to engineer the planet's climate, widespread aerial spraying, and wireless energy weather modification when I was first exposed to these issues a little over a year ago. As such, telling my own story of denial, doubt, discernment, and discovery is probably a great place to start...

CHAPTER 1: A Skier/Surfer/Sailor/Kiter Starts to REALLY Study the Sky

For as long as I can remember I've been curious about the weather, passionate about climate change, pissed off about pollution, feeling guilty about my own CO2 emissions, and a lover of the natural world, mountains, the ocean, beautiful women, and The Truth. I named my blog "OilFreeFun" because I know we cannot go on fighting for oil, wasting it frivolously, and polluting the planet.

In January of the record-setting snowy winter of 2010/2011 I got burned out and needed a big change of scenery. Jackson Hole had been getting dumped on since early October, and I'd already logged 45 days of backcountry skiing in the Tetons. My joints hurt, my stoke was low, and my poor diet had me suffering from something like Chronic Fatigue. It was time for a break from the mountains, and I was looking for a place with fresh, affordable, healthy food.

I took a job out in California's Wine Country working as Assistant to a widely-published and well-respected Investigative Journalist and switched my recreational focus from backcountry skiing to surfing and kitesurfing.

It was my first time working a *real* office job. The subject matter and work load were very stressful. Most of my time was spent researching the seedier side of modern politics, economics, war, energy issues, the Fukushima disaster and other environmental concerns like climate change. I spent 50-60 hours a week in front of my computer scanning the news and trying to grasp the "Big Picture" but that didn't keep me from surfing or kiting almost every day.

Living and working in a rural area a few hours North of San Francisco and ten minutes from several decent surf breaks had me up with the sun and headed to the coast regardless of conditions or the depressing topics I'd read about the day before. My daily commute to the sea was via a thin, winding farm road high on a grassy ridge occupied by some of the happiest cattle on the planet. This road offered incredible views of both the sea and the sky as it descended 1500' to the rocky coastline below. Both sunrises and sunsets were equally spectacular on this road, so I witnessed one or the other from that ridge every day I could.

I knew about cloud seeding from books by the writer Kurt Vonnegut, Jr. He often wrote about his brother Bernard Vonnegut, one of the researchers at General Electric who developed silver iodide cloud seeding in the 1940's. I knew that this technology was used in a limited capacity to augment precipitation throughout North America, but it had never occurred to me that more advanced weather modification technologies could have been developed or implemented.

While researching current events online at my apprenticeship I inevitably went deep down the rabbit hole of conspiracy theories and summarily debunked most that I encountered. Much of the information on the internet is not true, or at least not the whole truth, so anyone searching for the actual Truth must be both skeptical and open-minded. The same critial discernment applies to both mainstream and alternative media sites.

When I first came across the "chemtrail" and "HAARP" conspiracy theories I immediately dismissed them as disinformation and nonsense. It seemed so impossible to me that someone would try to modify the climate or that they would spray toxic chemicals out of airplanes and zap the atmosphere with wireless energy to achieve that goal.

Then one day at the local grocery store I stumbled across a poster from the Agriculture Defense Coalition that identified several different types of "persistent jet contrails". The poster really caught my attention with the following quote:

NASA noted in an October 2005 newsletter that increasingly persistent contrails are "...trapping heat in the atmosphere...". Persistent contrails produce man-made clouds that could negatively impact agricultural crop production. NASA goes on to state that: "... Any increase in global cloud cover will contribute to long-term changes in Earth's climate. Likewise, any changes to Earth's climate may have effects on natural resources..."

This quote really grabbed my attention, so I grabbed the poster and put it to good use. From that day forward any time I drove that ridgetop road to the coast I paid close attention to what I saw in the sky and compared it with the identification chart I had handy. It only took a couple of days of studying the sky before I realized that there was something funny going on up there.

First off, I noticed that some planes would leave quickly disappearing contrails while other planes left long, lingering trails that spread out and formed clouds. I also noticed that some planes would leave trails that started and stopped very abruptly as if someone or something had hit a switch.

I started taking time-stamped pictures of all planes regardless of whether they were leaving lingering or quickly dissipating trails. I compared those time-stamped pictures and my field notes with aircraft traffic records accessible at PlaneFinder.net. I discovered several things through this research: 1) some commercial planes left persistent trails while others flying at the exact same altitude within a matter of minutes left quickly dissipating trails; 2) many of the planes leaving persistent trails were unmarked, unlisted on PlaneFinder.net, and totally untrackable, aka military planes or private planes contracted into military service.

I noticed that some days when the weather forecast was for clear skies, it would dawn bright blue and beautiful but then planes would leave lingering trails that spread out and eventually filled the sky with an unusual high haze. I also noticed strange repeating wave patterns in the sky, and started to wonder why I'd never seen old photographs or paintings depicting clouds like that. Surely someone like the landscape photographer Ansel Adams or any of history's famous painters would have been impressed by cloud formations like this, and somebody would have incorporated these skyscapes into their artwork. How could these clouds be natural if they were only a recent phenomenon?

I still remember vividly the day I became a full-fledged chemtrail conspiracy theorist (gasp!) because it was one of the best days of surf I had in California. It was February 2nd, 2012 and the morning dawned bright blue, cloudless, windless, and beautiful. There was a solid swell in the water so I headed up the coast to one of the "secret" point breaks and got down to business with the few other surfers lucky enough to be there. The Jet Stream was hundreds of miles to our North, and we enjoyed unseasonably warm temperatures, zero wind, and waves well overhead.

As I waited for waves I saw planes leaving unusual trails and obvious repeating wave cloud patterns forming in what had been a beautiful blue sky. I mentioned it to a few of the other surfers in the water. One of them knew all about Geo-Engineering and was happy to share his thoughts on the subject.

After a few hours in the cold water I was surfed out so I climbed up the cliff, got out of my suit, and enjoyed a beer with a few friends who were equally exhausted. As we lay in the grass a relatively low jet flew right overhead leaving a massive, spreading trail. I pointed it out to my friends and said, "Watch this. I'll bet you anything that we see him shut that shit off." Sure enough, just after passing directly overhead the jet's trail abruptly cut out entirely for 25-30 seconds before abruptly resuming and continuing off to the horizon.

My friends were immediately intrigued so I shared with them everything I knew on the topic. They expressed skeptical interest and I expressed skeptical belief that something strange was going on with the weather. A few minutes later the last three surfers came clamoring up the cliffs because they'd seen a large shark fin just outside the lineup. I remember thinking to myself, "What should I be more concerned about? Sharks in the water or spray in the sky?!"

The waves were so good that a few of us decided to camp out on the cliffs in hopes of catching good surf again in the morning. We headed to a restaurant up the coast for dinner and got back to the break a few hours after dark. As we walked down the goat path from the road to the cliffs I couldn't help but notice thousands of small particles floating in the air around me, brightly illuminated by my headlamp. There was no wind whatsoever and there had been no wind all day so it surely wasn't wind whipped dust. The trail was muddy from previous rains and I was leading our group so there was no way this was dust kicked up by a friend either. There was no perceptible moisture in the air, so it certainly wasn't fog or mist. I thought to myself, "I really shouldn't be breathing this," but refused to let the Geo-Engineers ruin my camp out or surf the next morning.

That February night on the Northern California Coast was unseasonably warm to the point where I was sweating in my lightweight sleeping bag. I lay there in jeans, socks, and a sweater on a cliff about a hundred feet above and a few hundred feet East of the frigid Pacific Ocean. I covered my face with the bag to avoid breathing the particles as much as possible. I didn't sleep very well, and several times throughout the warm and windless night I turned on my headlamp and saw the now familiar sight of tiny particles floating in the air above me. I knew these particles were not fog or mist because it was unusually dry that night. There was no dew on the grass in the morning, no fog, and no feeling of dampness whatsoever.

In the morning the surf was dead, the sky a depressing grey haze, and I felt like shit. I wasn't sure if I had a particle induced hangover or had just slept poorly. I had a horrible feeling of dread because I knew my disbelief of "chemtrails" has incorrect. I drove back home and started researching these topics whole-heartedly, and this is what I found...

CHAPTER 2: A Brief History of Weather Modification, Warfare, & Climate Geoengineering

This summarized timeline focuses on the development and implementation of weather modification technologies in English speaking countries – especially the USA -- because that’s the language I speak and the territory I live in. Several other countries --notably Russia and China -- have developed similarly powerful weather modification capabilities over the same time frame, but delving deep into that history is beyond the scope of this paper or the translation abilities of its author.

Much of this information has been adapted and reformatted from Jim Lee’s Radiation Database, Harold Saive’s GeoEngineering Exposed, and Jeane Manning & Dr. Nick Begich's book "Angels Don't Play This HAARP". I offer many thanks to these researchers for their brave efforts and impeccably researched work.

This is certainly an incomplete history because weather modification, weather warfare, and geo-engineering are all shrouded by disinformation and secrecy. Everything mentioned here is true to the extent that we can trust "reputable" government and scientific sources to tell the truth in documents that were never intended for the general public. For a more complete timeline, check this out (updated regularly).

The purpose of this timeline is simply to show how long humans have been scheming to manipulate the weather and climate, and how far along these efforts have progressed. If you already believe that chemtrails and wireless energy (aka HAARP technology) are being used to screw with our weather and could have horrible impacts on human and planetary health, simply skip to the next chapter.

1877: Harvard geologist Nathaniel Shaler proposed channeling the warm Kuroshio Current through the Bering Strait to raise temperatures in the Polar region by 30 degrees. This is the first documented modern climate modification proposal.

1889: Visionary writer Jules Verne fancifully writes about engineering Earth’s climate in “The Purchase Of The North Pole”. Verne writes that the an anonymous bidder from the United States purchased large tracts of the Arctic and then used a gigantic cannon built into the flanks of Mt. Kilimanjaro in an attempt to tilt the Earth’s axis and thus render the Arctic inhabitable. The plan went horribly wrong. Like other books of his later years, in this novel Verne tempers his love of science and engineering with a good dose of irony about the potential for harmful abuse and the fallibility of human endeavors.

1890-1892: US Congress funds rainfall enhancement experiments overseen by General Robert St. George Dyrenfoth. Conducted in Texas these experiments utilized balloons carrying explosives to see whether explosions in the atmosphere would create rainfall. Experiment discontinued due to obvious failure of this method.

1900: Nikola Tesla applies for patent for a device to transmit Electrical Energy “Through the Natural Mediums”. U.S. Patent #787,412 issued in 1905. Wireless energy transmission was subsequently suppressed by powerful business interests keen on profiting from a wired electrical grid. Wireless electricity would be much harder to "meter" and thus charging individuals' consumption would be harder to control. Wireless power transmission is NOT a new technology, and can be used to unnaturally modify large portions of the atmosphere. Electrical signals travel in waves, and all matter has a resonant frequency. Heat is resonance within matter. Zapping matter with the right resonant frequency causes heating. Wireless electricity transmission opened the door to manipulating Earth's atmosphere wirelessly.

1904: US government begins using airplanes to conduct atmospheric research. The Wright Brothers historic first flight took place in 1903. Uncle Sam didn't wait long to put their amazing invention to work in weather research. As we shall see this is consistent with all major technological breakthroughs that can be applied to weather monitoring and modification.

1912: New York Engineer and Industrialist Carroll Livingston Riker proposes building a 200 mile jetty off of Newfoundland to increase the Gulf Stream’s flow into the Arctic Basin to open shipping lanes around the North Pole and to make the far North inhabitable with the added benefit that it would “shift” the axis of Planet Earth. The New York Times characterizes the proposal as “amazing”… but not insane.

1917: Norwegian meteorologists begin experimenting with air mass analysis techniques which revolutionize the practice of meteorology. Manipulating air masses with chemicals and wireless energy is the foundation of modern weather modification.

1924: Confirmation that radio waves bounce off of the ionosphere (an electrically-charged layer composed of high-energy ions starting at an altitude of 50 kilometers). Bouncing wireless energy off of the ionosphere or artificially-induced plasma layers allows accurate aiming of modern weather manipulating (and/or mind-controlling) frequencies.

1929: Hermann Oberth, German-Hungarian physicist and engineer, proposes building giant mirrors on a space station to focus the Sun’s radiation on Earth’s surface, making the far North habitable and freeing sea lanes to Siberian harbors. Are you spotting the trend of hare-brained schemes to de-ice the Arctic North yet?

1930s: Tesla announces “death ray” invention. HAARP technology is the modern manifestation of Tesla's "death ray". Once again, wireless energy transmission is NOT a new technology.

1943: Tesla dies and the US government seizes and classifies all of his papers. Go figure.

1945: Atomic bomb tests begin, culminating in the nuclear bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki that same year. That's right, only a few months after the first atomic bomb test, the US Military dropped atomic bombs on people! An estimated 40,000 nuclear weapons tests (and resulting electromagnetic pulses and toxic radiation releases) follow.

1945: Julian Huxley, Secretary-General of United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), proposes exploding atomic bombs at an appropriate height above the polar regions to raise the temperature of the Arctic Ocean and warm the entire climate of the northern temperate zone. Less than a year after atomic bombs were invented, powerful officials at the UN were already scheming how to manipulate the climate with atomic bombs.

1946: Researchers at General Electric develop methods of cloud seeding using dry ice and silver iodide. Vincent Schaefer discovered that dry ice could be used to seed clouds. A month later Dr. Bernard Vonnegut (older brother of writer Kurt Vonnegut) discovered that silver iodide was a more effective way to seed clouds. Since 1946 an ever-growing number of governments and business interests around the world have used silver iodide cloud seeding to enhance precipitation, limit hail storms, clear fog, and in experiments seeking to steer/strengthen/weaken storms.

1947: The US Department of Defence (DoD) conducts Project Cirrus in which about 200 pounds of dry ice is dropped into a hurricane heading back out to sea, which for whatever reason, abruptly changed course and slammed into Savannah, Georgia. The public blamed the government for this catastrophe, so future storm modification experiments took place more secretly. Once again, we see a brand new technology being used in an attempt to alter the weather in massive way.

Late 1940's: Dr. Wilhelm Reich develops weather modification techniques based on Orgone energy (aka, the Tao, Chi, or Life Force). Dr. Reich shares his work with the US DoD.

1949-1952: The UK runs weather modification experiments under the name of Project Cumulus.

1951-1953: US DoD conducts the Artificial Cloud Nucleation Project (AEN), a large-scale weather modification project in Washington. By the early 1950's 10% of the continental United States was under commercial cloud seeding operations.

1952: US White House Department of Weather Modification formed.

1953: President Eisenhower creates the U.S. Advisory Committee on Weather Control.

1956: US Weather Bureau initiates a National Hurricane Research Project.

1958: Van Allen radiation belts discovered (zones of charged particles trapped in earth’s magnetic field 2,000+ miles up). Project Argus: U.S. Navy explodes 3 nuclear missiles in the recently discovered Van Allen belt. VA Belt violently disrupted with nuclear detonations via long range missiles. It sure didn't take them long to start meddling with a natural system they just discovered!

1958: Chief White House Adviser on Weather Modification, Captain Howard T. Orville, said the Department of Defense was studying “ways to manipulate the charges of the Earth and sky and so affect the weather by using an electronic beam to ionise or de-ionise the atmosphere over a given area." This is Nikola Tesla's wireless electricity "death ray" being experimented with 54 years ago!

1958; M. Gorodsky, Soviet engineer and mathematician, and Valentin Cherenkov, Soviet meteorologist, propose placing a ring of metallic potassium particles into Earth’s polar orbit to diffuse light reaching Earth and increase solar radiation to thaw the permanently frozen soil of Russia, Canada, and Alaska and melt polar ice. Once again, we see proposals to melt the Arctic. Also worth noting, these scientists proposed adding metallics to the atmosphere to HEAT the planet. Modern Geoengineers claim adding metallics to the atmosphere will COOL the planet. What do you think the real impact of atmospheric aerosol metallic particles is? Does metal get hot when the sun hits it? Will hot metal transmit heat to the air around it? Think about it.

1958: Arkady Markin, Soviet engineer, proposes that the United States and Soviet Union build a gigantic dam across the Bering Strait and use nuclear power–driven propeller pumps to push the warm Pacific current into the Atlantic by way of the Arctic Sea. Arctic ice would melt, and the Siberian and North American frozen areas would become temperate and productive.

1958: Russian oil engineer, P.M. Borisov proposes melting the Arctic and Greenland icecaps by spreading black coal dust on the ice, creating cloud-cover across the poles to trap heat, and by diverting warm Atlantic waters into the polar regions. This scheme was taken seriously by Soviet climatologists. Two conferences were held in Leningrad in the early 1960′s following an initial meeting in Moscow of the USSR Academy of Sciences in 1959.

1958: Atlantic Richfield geologist L.M. Natland, proposes exploding up to 100 underground nuclear bombs to mine the Alberta Tar Sands. Heat from the detonations was expected to boil the bitumen deposits, reducing their viscosity to the point that standard drilling operations could be used. The plan was encouraged by US efforts to find “peaceful uses” for atomic energy. The project was approved in 1959 but the Canadian government reversed their decision in 1962 and declared that Canada was opposed to all forms of nuclear testing. In 2012 the Canadian Tar Sands are again an issue of international concern.

1960-1961: US Project Skyfire begins experimentation into controlling lightning. Project Stormfury begins more intense study into modifying hurricanes (Stormfury continues 22 years until ending in 1983). Most Stormfury experiments took place with tropical storms around the Philippines in part to avoid a public outcry like that caused by 1947's hurricane disaster related to Project Cirrus.

1961: Project Skywater – Bureau of Reclamation cloud seeding project funded by Congress.

1961: US releases 3.5 billion inch long copper needles into the ionosphere at an altitude of ~3,000km as a “telecommunications shield”.

1961: Scientists propose artificial ion cloud experiments. In 1960′s the experimental dumping of chemicals (barium powder, etc.) from satellites and rockets began.

1961-62: Soviets and USA blast many electromagnetic pulses (EMPs) in the atmosphere. 300 megatons of nuclear devices detonated in numerous experiments have depleted Earth's ozone layer by an estimated 4%.

1962: Harry Wexler (March 15, 1911- 1962) was an MIT graduate and PhD in meteorology. Wexler had been researching the link connecting chlorine and bromine compounds to the destruction of the stratospheric ozone layers, but died of a heart attack while on vacation in Woods Hole, Mass. Wexler had already accepted an invitation to deliver a lecture entitled “The Climate of Earth and Its Modifications” at the University of Maryland Space Research and Technology Institute.

1966: Report to Interdepartmental Committee for Atmospheric Sciences (ICAS) by ICAS Select Panel – Chair, Gordon JF MacDonald. “Future plans of Federal Agencies in Weather and Climate Modification.” Gordon J. F MacDonald suggests military applications of environmental engineering.

1966: Weather officials from 25 nations meet in London for the First International Clean Air Congress. The National Meteorological Center introduces a computer numerical model capable of making sea level predictions as accurate as those made manually.

1966: US Federal Government spends about $7 million on projects including precipitation modification; hail suppression; fog and cloud dissipation; lighting modification; severe storm modification, and “other.” The Office of Naval Research sponsors major research in tornado modification, hurricane steering and cyclone manipulation.

1967-1972: US Military conducts covert weather warfare over Vietnam via Operation Popeye,an attempt to extend the monsoon season, specifically over areas of the Viet Cong supply route, aka Ho Chi Mihn Trail. The operation seeded clouds with silver iodide, resulting in the targeted areas seeing an extension of the monsoon period an average of 30 to 45 days. As the continuous rainfall slowed down the truck traffic, it was considered relatively successful. The 54th Weather Recon Squadron carried out the operation to "make mud, not war."

1968: Moscow scientists tell the West that they have pinpointed which pulsed magnetic field frequencies help mental and physiological functions and which do harm. Basic mind-control technology has been discovered. HAARP and other technologies can exploit these human vulnerabilities.

1968: Gordon J. F. MacDonald, Chair of the ICAS Select Panel on Weather and Climate Modification, authors a chapter in the book "Unless Peace Comes" where he predicts that future means of obtaining national objectives by force hinges on man’s ability to control and manipulate the environment of planet Earth. MacDonald said:

“When achieved, this power over his environment will provide man with a new force capable of doing great and indiscriminate damage. Our present primitive understanding of deliberate environmental change makes it difficult to imagine a world in which geophysical warfare is practiced. Such a world might be one in which nuclear weapons were effectively banned and the weapons of mass destruction were those of environmental catastrophe. As I will argue, these weapons are peculiarly suited for covert or secret wars.”

Bear in mind that the US was already engaged in weather warfare over Vietnam at the time.

1968: Gordon J. F. MacDonald writes as follows in "Toward the Year 2018", p. 34):

"By the year 2018, technology will make available to the leaders of the major nations a variety of techniques for conducting secret warfare, of which only a bare minimum of the security forces need be appraised. One nation may attack a competitor covertly by bacteriological means, thoroughly weakening the population (though with a minimum of fatalities) before taking over with its own overt armed forces. Alternatively, techniques of weather modification could be employed to produce prolonged periods of drought or storm, thereby weakening a nation's capacity and forcing it to accept the demands of the competitor."

1970: The Environmental Science Services Administration (ESSA) becomes the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). The U.S. Weather Bureau becomes the National Weather Service (NWS). Many functions of these organizations are subsequently privatized and thus subject to less budget scrutiny or congressional oversight. For example, at the present date (2012) the private weapons contractor Raytheon has been providing all computer services and forecasting data to the National Weather Service since 2005.

1970: US National Security Adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski (who is still very active in 2012) publishes "Between Two Ages: America's Role in the Technetronic Era" containing the following informative quotes:

"Not only have new weapons been developed but some of the basic concepts of geography and strategy have been fundamentally altered; space and weather control have replaced Suez or Gibraltar as key elements of strategy... future developments may well include automated or manned space warships, deep sea installations, chemical and biological weapons, death rays, and still other forms of warfare—even the weather may be tampered with."

1971: The US and Russia undertake a joint research venture named POLEX, Polar Experiment of the Global Atmospheric Research Program. Do you remember all the previous proposals aiming to melt the Arctic? The US, Russia, and European countries would benefit greatly from open shipping lanes, accessible oil/mineral deposits, and warmer temperatures at high latitudes if the Arctic melted.

1972: First reports on “ionospheric heater” experiments with high frequency radio waves, at the Arecibo Ionospheric Observatory . 100-megawatt heater in Norway built later in decade which can change conductivity of auroral ionosphere.

1972: Potential Value of Satellite Cloud Pictures in Weather Modification Projects – Report prepared for NASA by Institute of Atmospheric Sciences, South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.

1972: While attempting to expose the covert weather warfare over Vietnam that began in 1967, Senator Claiborne Pell testifies before Congress as follows:

"Rainmaking as a weapon of war can only lead to the development of vastly more dangerous environmental techniques whose consequences may be unknown and may cause irreparable damage to our global environment. This is why the United States must move quickly to ban all environmental or geophysical modification techniques from the arsenals of war."

(US Senate, Subcommittee on Oceans and International Environment; July 26, 1972; p. 4)

Gilbert Gude, a Congressman from Maryland testified at the same hearing as follows:

"Why should we be so alarmed about a technique that it is not nearly as lethal as other forms of warfare? There are several reasons. First, there are distinct command and control problems associated with geophysical warfare and weather modification in particular. We simply do not have the effective short or long term control over the climates of the world. We can create disturbances, but as civilian experiments have shown, control is not very precise. In a military environment, control over the results of weather experimentation is even more uncertain...

We must also consider that the use of weather modification is potentially indiscriminate. Unlike other weapons, the winds and seas are not so directable that we can discriminate between one target and another. By their nature, they are area wide weapons. We cannot flood only military targets or cause droughts in areas producing only military rations. The technology will be used against people regardless of their uniform or occupation. Weather modification will inevitably strike civilians harder than nearby military objectives. Will rain along the Ho Chi Minh Trail succeed where years of bombing has not? And what will it exact from agrarian societies along its path, both friend and foe?

The issues of command and control, and the discrimination highlight another disturbing characteristic of weather modification, the difficulty of detection. Unlike other weapons, it may be possible to initiate military weather modification projects without being detected. In other words, the military results may not be visibly tied to the initiating party. This raises the possibility of clandestine use of geophysical warfare where a country does not know if it has been attacked. The uncertainty of this situation, the fear of not knowing how another country might be altering your climate is highly destabilizing.

I can also envision other possibility. Suppose, for example, that a US plane flies a routine, non military mission near Chile, Egypt, or Tanzania and by some quirk of fate a major earthquake, flood, or forest fire occurs in one of these countries. Because we have been tinkering with geophysical warfare, we could be charged with creating that environmental calamity due to the mere proximity of the U.S. aircraft. Propaganda would echo around the world. There is ample precedent to believe that this would happen. We need only to remember the incident during the Korean war when the North Koreans unjustly claimed that we were using poison gas."

Note that Congressman Gude mentions "geophysical warfare" and the potential for triggering earthquakes with technology in addition to weather modification.

1974: US DoD tells Project Stormfury researchers to conduct “more field experiments on tropical cyclones at every opportunity.” Project Stormfury started in 1961 and continued until 1983.

1975: Stanford professor Robert Helliwell reports that Very Low Frequency (VLF) unintentionally emitted from power transmission lines is altering Earth's ionosphere.

1975: U. S. Senator Gaylord Nelson forces Navy to release research showing that wireless ELF transmissions can alter human blood chemistry.

1975: Pell Senate Subcommittee urges that weather and climate modification work be overseen by civilian agency answerable to U.S. Congress. No action taken.

1975: Soviets begin pulsing “Woodpecker” ELF waves, at key brainwave rhythms. Eugene, Oregon, one of locations where people were particularly affected. This is mind-control via electromagnetic frequency being experimented with in 1975.

1976: Drs. Susan Bawin and W. Ross Adey show human nerve cells are affected by Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) electromagnetic fields.

1977: Cesare Marchetti, Italian industrial physicist; Coined the term “geoengineering” and proposed sequestering CO2 in the deep ocean.

1977-1978: The UN Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD), formally the Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques prohibits the military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques. It opened for signature on 18 May 1977 and entered into force on 5 October 1978. The Convention bans weather warfare, which is the use of weather modification techniques for the purposes of inducing damage or destruction. ENMOD banned weather warfare against foreign enemies but there are many loopholes in the treaty allowing for weather modification over international airspace, over a nation's own territories, conducted by private corporations, or for supposedly benevolent purposes like "combating climate change" or "scientific experimentation".

1983: Project Stormfury ends after 22 years of experimentation into modifying hurricanes and other large storms. Official documents say 22 years of experimentation were a failure because there was no way to tell with 100% certainty whether the modified storms changed because of modifications or for other natural causes. It's funny how 22 years of expensive research can be deemed pointless and unsuccessful, eh?!

1983: Stanford Penner, A. M. Schneider, and E. M. Kennedy, American physicists suggest introducing small particles into the atmosphere to reflect more sunlight back into space.

1987: U.S. begins network of Ground Wave Emergency Network (GWEN) towers, each to generate Very Low Frequency (VLF) waves for defense purposes.

1987: Bernard Eastlund authors US Patent # 4686605 (and two others) in which he references Tesla's work as a source of historical contribution. It is entitled: Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere, and/or Magnetosphere. Part of it reads: "Weather modification is possible by... altering upper atmospheric wind patterns or altering solar absorption patterns by constructing one or more plumes of particles which will act as a lens or focusing device." Years later he admits in an interview to having approached the Pentagon with his ideas but says he is not at liberty to disclose the outcome. His device would allow a concentration of one watt per cubic centimeter compared to others only able to deliver about one millionth of one watt.

1989: Eight year plan for the modernization and restructuring of the US National Weather Service announced. The $4.5 billion overhaul of the agency lasts a decade and changes the way the agency operates To modernize its operations, the NWS developed and implemented five major technologies: 1) Automated Surface Observing System, or ASOS, which replaced manual weather observations, 2) Next Generation Weather Radar, or NEXRAD, a network of advanced Doppler radars, 3) A new series of satellites that provided improved, all-weather data for longer-term forecasting, 4) Advanced computer systems that increased the computing power to support National Centers tenfold, 5) Advanced Weather Interactive Processing System, or AWIPS, which allowed communication among forecast offices and distribution of centrally collected data as well as offered field forecasters access to the data provided by the other new technologies.

1989: James T. Early, American climatologist suggests deflecting sunlight by 2 percent with a $1 trillion to $10 trillion “space shade” placed in Earth orbit.

1990: US Patent #5003186 submitted by engineers at Hughes Aircraft for Stratospheric Wellsbach Seeding, aka spraying small metallic particles in the atmosphere to modify the climate.

1990: The National Meteorological Center procures and installs a supercomputer, the Cray Y-MP8, to run higher resolution and more sophisticated numerical weather production models. The National Weather Service contracts full scale production with the Unisys Corporation for production of 165 Next General Radar (NEXRAD) units and more than 300 display subsystems. The explosive growth of technology led to the development of NEXRAD, a joint project of the Departments of Commerce, Transportation and Defense to meet their common radar needs.

1992: National Academy of Sciences Committee on Science, Engineering, and Public Policy proposed adding more dust to naturally occurring stratospheric dust to increase the net reflection of sunlight. "Policy Implications of Greenhouse Warming: Mitigation, Adaptation, and the Science Base," speculates that commercial airliners could use contrails or spread dust to combat global warming. In the geo-engineering section of the study (p.459), the paper states:

"Cloud stimulation by provision of cloud condensation nuclei appears to be a feasible and low-cost option capable of being used to mitigate any quantity of CO2 equivalent per year... These possibilities appear feasible, economical and capable of mitigating the effect of as much CO2 equivalent per year as we care to pay for ... Such systems could probably be put into full effect within a year or two of a decision to do so, and mitigation effects would begin immediately."

1993: Work begins on the HAARP research station. HAARP is only one of many similar facilities around the globe.

1994: US Air Force reveals its Spacecast 2020 master plan which includes weather control. Scientists have experimented with weather control since the 1940s, but Spacecast 2020 noted that “using environmental modification techniques to destroy, damage or injure another state [is] prohibited”. Having said that, the Air Force claimed that advances in technology “compels a re-examination of this sensitive and potentially risky topic.”

1994: In the May/June 1994 issue of Microwave News, Bernard Eastlund suggests that "The HAARP project obviously looks a lot like the first step" toward the designs outlined in his patents. Let's revisit a quote from Eastland's patents: "Weather modification is possible by... altering upper atmospheric wind patterns or altering solar absorption patterns by constructing one or more plumes of particles which will act as a lens or focusing device."

1995: Test of US patent #5,041,834 to generate an Artificial Ionospheric Mirror (AIM), or a plasma layer in the atmosphere. The AIM is used like the ionosphere to reflect RF energy over great distances. This capability makes weather and mind control waves more target-able.

1990's: US gov't top secret aerial spraying program, "Operation Cloverleaf" begins. This program remains shadowy and classified to this day.

1995-1997: Public complaints accumulate across the US regarding unusual cloud formations and a sudden increase in observable persistent jet contrails that appear unnaturally under dry atmospheric conditions. These observations are accompanied by complaints of biological specimens and web formations that appear to fall from the sky. Many instances of qualified lab analysis reveal high concentration of aluminum, barium and other elements that are consistent Geo-Engineering Patents and previous DoD electromagnetic experiments.

1996: HAARP scientists test the earth-penetrating tomography applications by modulating the electroject at Extremely Low Frequencies (ELF).

1996: US Air Force publishes Weather As a Force Multiplier: Owning The Weather in 2025. There are profound military and economic advantages to controlling the weather, as is clearly stated in this official government document. US Military openly admits that they want to control the planet’s weather and lays out a timeline for implementing assorted weather monitoring and manipulation systems. Here are two figures taken directly from "Weather As A Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather by 2025" that clearly reveal the US Air Force's objectives, time-frame and technologies pursued/implemented in their quest for control of the global weather:

As you can see in the figures above, in 1996 the US Military was planning on incorporating "Aerospace Delivery Vehicles", "Chemicals", "Directed Energy", "Carbon Black Dust" and other technologies in their attempt to create "Artificial Weather" by the year 2025. Also note that many of the programs/technologies mentioned were already developed and forecast to gradually ramp up between 1996 and 2025. It's 2012, and if they eyes of millions of observant people around the globe can be trusted, considerable progress in the US Military's attempt to "Own The Weather" has taken place in the 16 years since the Air Force document came out.

1997: US nationwide NEXRAD radar network is fully deployed. There is considerable documentation showing that NEXRAD radars can be used to modify the weather in addition to being used to monitor the weather.

1998: Projected date for fully-operational HAARP system in Alaska.

2001: US Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) introduces bill H.R. 2977 The Space Preservation Act of 2001 in the US House. No other Reps. co-sponsored the bill. H.R. 2977 sought, "To preserve the cooperative, peaceful uses of space for the benefit of all humankind by permanently prohibiting the basing of weapons in space by the United States, and to require the President to take action to adopt and implement a world treaty banning space-based weapons."

Kucinich's bill sought go ban "exotic weapons systems such as --

(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons;

(ii) chemtrails;

(iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems;

(iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons;

(v) laser weapons systems;

(vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and

(vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons.

2004: Global Research publishes article "Chemtrails: Aerosol and Electromagnetic Weapons In the Age of Nuclear War". This impeccably researched article is one of the first to expose this issue to a widespread audience. Unfortunately, most of us are not paying much attention.

2004: Tsunami readiness in the United States is strengthened after a magnitude 9.0 earthquake strikes in the Indian Ocean and tsunami waves kill over 230,000 people around the Indian Ocean basin. Congress passes the Tsunami Warning and Education Act authorizing NOAA to strengthen its tsunami detection, forecast, warning and mitigation programs.

2005: Hurricane Katrina makes landfall in southeast Louisiana on August 29, resulting in devastation and loss of life of historic proportions along the Gulf Coast. Katrina results in an estimated $125 billion in damage/costs — making it the most expensive natural disaster in U.S. history — and approximately 1,833 deaths — the highest U.S. total since the 1928 major hurricane in southern Florida.

Hurricane Rita hits the Texas-Louisiana border coastal region in September, creating significant storm surge and wind damage along the coast, and some inland flooding. Prior to landfall, Rita reached the third lowest pressure (897 mb) ever recorded in the Atlantic basin. Rita results in an estimated $16.0 billion in damage/costs and 119 deaths — mostly indirect.

Hurricane Wilma hits southwest Florida in October, resulting in strong, damaging winds and major flooding across southeastern Florida. Prior to landfall, as a Category 5 hurricane, Wilma sets a record for the lowest pressure (882 mb) ever recorded in the Atlantic basin. Wilma results in an estimated $16.0 billion in damages/costs and 35 deaths.

Overall, the 2005 Atlantic hurricane season set several records. There were 28 named storms (storms with sustained winds of at least 39 miles per hour). In addition, there were an unprecedented 14 hurricanes, of which seven were major hurricanes (Category 3 or better on the Saffir-Simpson Scale). Three category 5 storms (sustained winds of 156 miles per hour or more) formed in the Atlantic Basin for the first time in a single season (Katrina, Rita, and Wilma). Four major hurricanes and three tropical storms made landfall in the U.S., with an eighth storm (Ophelia) brushed brushing the North Carolina coast.

2006: Severe flooding occurs over portions of the Northeast in June due to several weeks of heavy rainfall, affecting six states and resulting in over $1 billion in damage/costs and at least 20 deaths.

2006-2012: Almost every country the world over is seeing increasingly frequent and extreme weather events, many of which have been record-breaking. The mainstream media repeatedly blames green house gas emissions as the culprit while totally overlooking advanced weather modification technologies that could be used to either cause extreme weather or prevent it.

2007: For nearly two weeks in January, overnight temperatures over a good portion of California dipped into the 20's, destroying numerous agricultural crops; with citrus, berry, and vegetable crops most affected. An estimated $14 billion in damage/costs are reported.

NWS activated its newest weather and climate supercomputers — IBM machines capable of processing 14 trillion calculations per second at maximum performance and ingest more than 240 million global observations daily. The new computers increased the computational might used for the nation's climate and weather forecasts by 320 percent.

2008: Hurricane Ike makes landfall in Texas, as the largest (in size) Atlantic hurricane on record, causing considerable storm surge in coastal Texas and significant wind and flooding damage in 10 other states. Estimated damage exceeds $27 billion. Ike results in 112 deaths.

The Super Tuesday Tornado Outbreak of February 5-6 results in 57 fatalities in four states. It is the second largest February tornado outbreak since 1950 in terms of fatalities and the largest since May 31, 1985.

2009: Operation HAMP – Department of Homeland Security operation to Modify and Steer Hurricanes with Geoengineering Aerosols.

2009: Truth Media Productions releases documentary film "What In The World Are They Spraying?" exposing Geoengineering. Millions of people around the world have watched this film and it's sequel "Why In The World Are They Spraying?"

2009: Drought conditions occurred during much of the year across parts of the Southwest, Great Plains, and southern Texas causing an estimated $5 billion in agricultural losses in numerous states. The largest agriculture losses occurred in Texas and California.

NWS completed implementation of the final phase of a nine-year, $180 million contract by installing the newest generation of IBM supercomputers for weather and climate prediction. The new supercomputers, based on IBM Power 575 Systems, are four times faster than the previous system, with the ability to make 69.7 trillion calculations per second. Higher computation speed allows meteorologists to rapidly refine and update severe weather forecasts as dangerous weather develops and threatens U.S. communities.

Devastating floods affect the southeast U.S., as copious moisture drawn into the region from the Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico produced showers and thunderstorms from September 18-23. Rainfall amounts across the region totaled 5-7 inches, with locally higher amounts near 20 inches. Flash flood and areal flooding were widespread, with 11 fatalities directly attributed to this flooding.

2010: Geoengineer, David Keith (AAAS Meeting) proposal to use jet aircraft to spray Sulfur dioxide and aluminum nano-particles into the atmosphere to reflect sunlight back into space.

2010: UN Convention on Biodiversity appears to ban any future efforts to "geoengineer" the planet. But did it? And why was the decision made at the UN's biodiversity meeting in Nagoya, Japan, rather than at the following month's climate conference in Mexico? The resolution is worded in a way that placed a moratorium on geoengineering only if it might affect biodiversity. The 193 signatories to the convention agreed to outlaw such geoengineering projects "until there is an adequate scientific basis on which to justify such activities and appropriate consideration of the associated risks for the environment and biodiversity and associated social, economic and cultural impacts". The agreement exempts "small-scale scientific research studies".

2011: Record-breaking disasters in the US with 10 separate weather, water and climate disasters with an economic loss of $1 billion or more. These included the Groundhog Day Blizzard of Jan 29-Feb 3, several devastating tornado outbreaks — including the one that produced an EF-5 tornado struck Joplin, Mo., which resulted in at least 160 deaths, making it the deadliest single tornado to strike the U.S. since modern tornado record keeping began in 1950 — and river flooding along the Mississippi, Missouri and Souris Rivers. Hurricane Irene makes landfall over coastal N.C. before moving northward along the Mid-Atlantic Coast and causing torrential rainfall and flooding across the Northeast. More than seven million homes and businesses lost power during the storm. Numerous tornadoes were also reported in several states further adding to the damage. Over $7.0 billion in damages/costs; and at least 45 deaths were reported. NWS launches a comprehensive initiative to build a Weather-Ready Nation to make America safer as communities across the country become increasingly vulnerable to severe weather events, such as tornado outbreaks, intense heat waves, flooding, hurricanes, and solar storms that threaten electrical and communication systems.

2012: Truth Media Productions releases documentary film "Why In The World Are They Spraying?" exposing the environmental and health consequences of Geoengineering. Critically-acclaimed documentary wins awards at the All Things Hollywood and Off The Radar Film Festivals.

2012: Record breaking drought persists across much of the United States. Numerous independent researchers note that ongoing aerosol spray programs can inhibit rainfall through several mechanisms. 1) artificially induced high cloud cover decreases evaporation over the ocean, decreasing the amount of water vapor in the atmosphere available to fall as rain; 2) aerosol spray programs introduce an unnaturally large number of cloud condensation nuclei into the atmosphere. When there are "too many" cloud condensation nuclei the individaul droplets formed are less likely to acquire sufficient mass to fall as rain.

Hurricane Sandy: despite being a mere Category I storm, Sandy is the largest Atlantic Hurricane ever recorded. Sandy causes 253 total fatalities and makes landfall in the North Eastern US, causing over $65.6 billion in US damages and losses. Many Caribbean nations also suffered massive losses.

The mainstream media dubbed it "Frankenstorm Sandy" because the storm was unusual from start to finish, notably its formation off the coast of and persistence over waters too cold for strong hurricane formation. Once again, many independent researchers document proof that Sandy was created, manipulated, and intentionally steered into the North Eastern US. Ample evidence follows:

If you need additional proof of the reality of Geoengineering and Weather Warfare after reading this summarized timeline you may want to start studying the skies where you live and seeing for yourself. There are hundreds of websites devoted to this topic and thousands of activists discussing them on Facebook and Twitter. Just Google "chemtrail" and prepare to have your mind blown. Just be aware that much of the information out there is disinformative.

Chapter 3: Why Would Anyone Want to Control the Climate?

Despite the mountain of evidence confirming that these programs exist, many people are skeptical as to why anyone would want to control the weather. Most people are not very greedy, nor are they overly concerned about how much power they have. Most people just want to live their lives peacefully, not have to struggle to get by, and have good times with good friends. Most people don't run massive corporations, powerful empires, or global financial syndicates. As such, it is only natural that the "why?" of such insane programs escapes most people.

As we all know, some people are unbelievable greedy, power hungry, and devious. Some people will lie to your face to get what they want. Some people will cheat and steal and harm others (or even kill them) just to get ahead.

"Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely", so it's not surprising that some of the wealthiest and most powerful people on the planet are the also the most cunning and corrupt. That's how they got so wealthy and powerful in the first place: through doing whatever it took for them to get ahead. Legally, many of the "people" on Planet Earth are in fact corporations, and corporations are by their very nature profit-driven, emotionless, and sociopathic: they seek profit and public image above all else... and these corporate "people" have got buildings full of equally profit-driven individuals pushing their agendas.

Believe it or not, there is a lot of money to be made and power to be harnessed through controlling the weather. 70% of the global economy is "weather dependent" meaning that changes in the weather affect stock prices, commodity prices, property values, etc. For as long as the stock market has existed, financial experts have been monitoring how different weather events (droughts, floods, storms, earthquakes, etc.) affect different aspects of the economy. With computer analysis it is now possible to crunch a lot of numbers and know exactly how to maximize profit due to weather events. If you know what they weather is doing in advance (because you or your buddies are manipulating it) you effectively have "insider knowledge" on 70% of the economy.

There are also investment instruments called Weather Derivatives which make it possible to gamble on what the weather will do in a given area at a given time. If you know what the weather is going to do beforehand because you or your buddies are manipulating it... you get the idea.

It is also possible to hedge against losses and make a bunch of money as well. For example, it is possible to bet that an agricultural operation will fail due to drought or other severe weather. It is even possible to insure a crop for several times more than it is worth, and collect more money through it's failure than you could actually earn by selling a successful crop. It's stranger than fiction, but the global economy is largely a casino, and when "too big to fail" banks or insurance companies have to pay out more settlements than they can afford they just print more money, bill it to the tax payers, and pay out winnings to the short-sighted profiteers. If you control the weather, profiteering is easy, which is why some activists call Geo-Engineering "Geo-Piracy".

Making money through the global economic casino is just the tip of the iceberg, however. It is well-established that current Geo-Engineering projects are actually making climate change worse. Additionally, climate control can be used to steer storms and trigger droughts as weather weapons, which also makes climate change -- and ever-increasing natural disasters -- appear to be a very imminent danger. This makes people more willing to accept Carbon Taxes as a solution to climate change. Who will these massive, behavior-modifying Carbon Taxes be paid to? The same governmental organizations taking part in Geo-Engineering. Get it?

I'm all for decreased fossil fuel consumption, but there are other ways to do this that don't involve enriching corrupt governments. We could get serious about renewable and "free" energies for starters. We could incentivize low-impact living as well, instead of punishing fuel usage. Giving tax revenues to the same governments subsidizing fossil fuels and suppressing advanced "free" energy technology is not going to solve the proble.

If that wasn't bad enough, there are other ways to get rich off of Geo-Engineering as well. Big Agribiz companies like Monsanto and Dow Chemical have come out with "stress-resistant" and even "aluminium resistant" seeds, meaning that these seeds can survive through prolonged droughts or toxic soils that are actually caused by Geo-Engineering. Farmers that prefer to do things naturally and avoid GMO "terminator" seeds that must be bought every planting season from one of the Big Agribiz corporations. These farmers are more likely to go out of business and be forced to sell their land. This is happening at an unprecedented level, which accounts for RECORD farmland prices across the US despite the ongoing drought. Big Banksters are buying up that land so they can control the global food supply, control food prices, and control more people.

Many of the people on this planet -- and even in this country -- cannot afford healthy food. This is not an accidental situation. There is actually plenty of food being produced (and plenty of empty land to grow a whole lot more food on), but there is not enough money being properly distributed for people to afford it. If you find this hard to believe, check the overflowing dumpsters behind your local grocery stores and see for yourself. All of that food is just getting chucked in the landfill!

Hungry people are angry, desperate, and easy-to-control. We may very well be living in a global "hunger games" where geo-engineers committing weather warfare are intentionally disrupting the food supply of billions of people to make them controllable. When the leader of a sovereign nation cannot feed his/her people, that leader is very vulnerable and any country that sweeps in with "aid" can gain incredible power over that nation. This may sound ridiculous to you, and if it does, you should probably read this article: Banksterism 101.

Lastly, these programs are proven to make people sick. Geo-Engineering uses atmospheric aerosol spraying of toxic heavy metals and high powered RF wireless energy systems. Making people sick opens up a whole realm of additional profit and control maximizing opportunities for the crazy fuckers running our world...

Chapter 4: Environmental & Health Concerns of Geo-Engineering

Unfortunately we live in a time of institutionalized corruption and deception. The same government & corporate “scientific” and “environmental” organizations who tell us that Genetically Modified (GMO) foods are safe -- despite no long term testing, a mountain of science proving that GMOs are dangerous, and bans or mandatory labeling in most countries – are also telling us that climate change is solely a product of increasing C02 levels despite evidence of other factors at play, notably Geo-Engineering occurring frequently in our skies.

These covert climate manipulation programs are primarily conducted with atmospheric aerosols (aka chemtrailing) and zapping the atmosphere with wireless energy (aka HAARP & NEXRAD technology). Both of these methods have serious environmental and health impacts.

The Geo-Engineers are releasing massive quantities of nano-particulate (very, very small) materials including Aluminum, Barium, Strontium, and other harmful compounds. These compounds are in air we breathe, the water we drink, and are even present in the food we eat. Inhaling or ingesting nano-particles of these toxic metals is very bad for human mental and physical health.

Respiratory illnesses are on the rise and are now the leading preventable cause of death around the globe. AD/HD, Autism, Alzheimer’s (including "early onset"), Cancers, Heart Disease, and Auto-Immune Diseases are also on the rise. Notably, Autism has gone from affecting 1 in 10,000 American children in 1980 to 1 in 88 American children in 2012. These epidemics are at least partly the result of exposure to sprayed aerosols like neurotoxic nano-particulate Aluminum.

Clearly the unnatural occurrence of these aerosols will also affect ecosystems and planetary health in unforeseen ways that are hard to fathom. Nano-particulates of toxic metals are very biochemically reactive so all life on Planet Earth is being affected by them.

Wireless energy from HAARP, NEXRAD, and even small transmitters like Smart Meters, WiFi, cell phones, etc. can cause memory loss, depression, lethargy, cancers, and other serious mental and physical health problems. Wireless energy technologies has been used in mind control experiments dating back to the 1960s as well.

Our best defense against these dangerous chemicals is forcing these programs to stop. The only way to do that is by raising enough awareness that we can effectively demand that they stop. This is a critical issue that affects all life on Planet Earth and the climate systems we all depend on for our continued existence.

Any “expert” who overlooks Geo-Engineering’s impact on climate change is either clueless or corrupt & cannot be trusted. Any person who cannot see these programs taking place in our skies overhead must be gently "woken up" to the reality of these damaging and harmful programs.

Geo-Engineerings is truly the greatest crisis (but also the most easy to address) of our time because:

1) it is poisoning and dumbing-down all of us.

2) it is poisoning our planet and playing god with natural processes we humans have no business meddling in.

3) it is making climate change worse and less predictable. it is weaponizing climate change.

4) the crookedest bastards in the world are getting more power and wealth by screwing up everything

5) it's in your face and "the smoking gun" is staring you in the face every time you look up on a spray day.

6) if this bullshit is allowed to stand our planet will be totally trashed and the greedy, psychopath assholes will have way too much power (even more than they do now).

Now I see them all the time in Shasta.
I was surprised actually to see none in Bend at my xmas/ NY ski trip? Maybe Bend is off the flight path, or not a target area? In the 90's I read chemical companies were putting old agent orange/other into jet fuel to dispose of it without haz mat fees as jet fuel is unregulated. A guy in Redding has documented a 20%(+-?) loss of power from his solar panels since the 90's probably due to the haze, and the aluminum particles on the panels.
Aluminum is falling out of the sky, and documented. WTF?

Thanks for the comment tomtharp. I have been researching this topic wholeheartedly for a little over a year. There is lots of good info available and also lots of misinformation so it is difficult to know exactly what or who to trust. To the best of my ability I am telling the truth about this topic.

Regarding your questions, I've seen weeks of blue ski here in the Tetons with no trails and then we will have several days of heavy spraying. It comes in waves, and I believe it is because it is intended to manipulate the weather (at least as the primary motivation). Spraying here manipulates the weather downstream (aka East) of us so when there is a desired weather event in the midwest or east we see spray here. I have personally seen spraying in Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, Idaho, Wyoming, Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. I have facebook friends all over the world who are documenting spraying where they live as well.

IMHO, corrupt governments/corporations/banks/militaries are playing god with the weather/ecosystem just like they play god with the food supply, economy, and people's lives. Thanks for reading my article!
