Seattleslider: November 27, 2010 Uphill: 2,700 ft. | Downhill: 2,700 ft.
Surprisingly clear weather, cool temperatures, and 14" not so light powder on a dense base made for fun laps skinning and skiing under the closed lift before we headed out into the backcountry nearby. There we found nice snow, but not enough coverage and too many hidden obstacles. Stormy afternoon to make more base for a great season!
