A great day on the Pass. It snowed a few more inches overnight so everything felt fresh. Still very bony, but with big fat skis you can stay on top of most of it.Twin Slides was HACKED. It was a disconcerting to see how many people were standing around in it's slide path. From the booter, I saw 11 people farting around there simultaneous...
It stayed cold up there but the sun definitely affected the snow for the bottom 300 feet. Hopefully it still skis well tomorrow down low.
I headed out Coal Creek, thinking I would be the first to give it a go but it looks like 3-4 people had tried it the day before. Definitely doable but a little sketch the bottom 500 feet.
The creek was looking really pretty today. Lots of green in the water with snow all around... good stuff.
