Queen of bad timing or just a sucker for some survival skiing! Dawn Patrol after the "reported" 6". Not sure where the 6" was hiding! Snow came in windy and warm, then it cooled down-it was death defying, double eject crust. We hiked in the dark and dropped in at light. SCARY! We almost got on the boot pack and hiked down. It ended up warming up during the day, and I'm sure got sooo much better!

Keep the Stoke Going!

I was thinking the same thing. I didn't get out until 5pm, I figured it got nuked during the day. Definitely not much sign of new snow. What a tease!
