Got invited on a trip with San Juan Ski Company Catskiing that I of course couldn't pass up. We went way behind Engineer Mountain and skied 11 runs of untracked beauty! They've got such a huge expanse of terrain that they guaranteed us pow even though we haven't gotten snow in almost a month and a half. Turned out to be excellent, but a little variable with a lot of crust at/above treeline. Probably fairly indicative of most of the Southern San Juans.Read more here: http://luketelemark.blogspot.com
