Amazing day this a.m. After barely finding 30 turns the day before, headed up to Tahoe's highest peak for some of the best quality snow I've skied this early anywhere in our backyard.Access to Freel is usually deep and it doesn't see that much winter traffic. But with snowline about 8500' a random access road provides a great starting spot on the south side right now. It'll probably be gone in a day or two, but the north bowl was amazing this a.m. and even the south side was super fun. Lots of adventureing at the bottom, but totally worth it!
Keep the Stoke Going!

...so much better than todays concrete plaster, which was at least a nice hike and some turns, but no where near the quality of yesterday. here today, gone tomorrow, and back to summer till it really snows. Not bad.
