Better conditions than we expected lead to a good but albeit short day. Skiing in the shadow of some of the most attractive lines I've ever seen (since dubbed AK zone) was amazing and a return trip will be in order. The snow was good as it typically is and we managed to score a few face shots. An expected slough was fractured from a pillow but other than that conditions seemed more stable than caic was letting on to, but of course not something to generalize. Beautiful day with on-and-off clouds and sunlight.Read more here: http://luketelemark.blogspot.com
