Schneefrau: April 29, 2011 Uphill: 2,500 ft. | Downhill: 2,500 ft.
Hiked other side of the mtn. which is now closed. Found deep, cold pow, crusty snow and sun-baked crud. Glad we went out then as today was quite warm up high. Time for some corn, I say. Sad to hear about Kip Garre and Allison Kreutzen...I knew her when I lived in Tahoe.
