Powderjunky: April 25, 2011 Uphill: 2,300 ft. | Downhill: 1,500 ft.

A nice surprise to get some turns in this far south. At first there didn't seem like much hope, but then some trees were still holding some snow.

Seems like a bad business model to build a non-north facing resort in arizona...

On the way up I started noticing tons of mountain lion poop, and then came across a huge carcass, looks like a Californian tourist didn't make it.

It was very windy, which probably kept the snow a little firmer which was nice.

I also found the highest toilet in arizona, unfortunately my tanks were empty and couldn't take advantage of it.
