Backcountry Skiing Journal From:

Warpigsinfin: January 23, 2010 Uphill: 500 ft. | Downhill: 16,000 ft.

Today JHMR reported 17 inches and they weren't exaggerating. I scored a pass and hit the hill at 10am. Inbounds skied really well so we did a few laps before heading out the gates.

Our first trip ob we skied se facing green river. Good top to bottom.

Then on our second we hiked and skied 4 Pines. E ridge was ridiculously deep thanks to serious windloading. We were about 9th up 4 pines and everyone had skied similar lines down the ene aspect... steeper and more windloaded lines would have been pretty dangerous today
