Mavericks is the middle of the Teton Park Backcountry skiing three. With Albright to the south and Twenty Five Short to the North, Mavericks usually gets skied the least, since it is in the middle of the Death Canyon Closure Trailhead and the Bradley/Taggart Trailhead. However Mavericks offers some of the best continuous fall line skiing out of the three and is worth the visit.
