2nd highest peak in Wyoming at 13,770'. Valley floor is ~6,700' so the Grand towers a stunning 7000' above the flats of Jackson Hole.
Hundreds or thousands of people attempt "The Grand" in the summer but it's rarely visited in winter. The Grand is one of the most coveted ski mountaineering objectives in North America.
