MOUNT MANSFIELD
The Greens run the entire length of Vermont, 250 miles.It's a mixed bag of terrain and conditions. Mountain views give way to dense boreal forest mixed with open hardwoods. The terrain keeps you on your toes with open trees, chutes, pastures, rock outcroppings, and above treeline style choices. Rideable vertical ranges from 1200'-3000' and lake enhanced snowfall has measured at the rate of 9" per hour. Winter temperatures can be extreme.

Snowpack
Vermont has every type of snow possible. the snowpack easily reaches 4' or more by peak season. Although steep, conditions are often stable due to freeze/thaw cycles. Avalanche conditions may become high during and following storm cycles.

MOUNT MANSFIELD (0) Elevation: 4,395 ft

As the natives believed , the forehead, nose, lips, chin, and adams apple are all there. Leaving, much for one to explore. Profanity, Hourglass, Rock Garden, and Cliff trail should give you a healthy buffet.
