The Adamant range is of the Selkirk range which is of the North Columbia range. From the East side of Roger's pass just North of Golden BC a 60 km heli ride will get you into the Adamant range. In terms of skiing the area is best known for the Bill Putnam hut, aka the Faery meadows hut, built in the 60's, and operated by The Alpine Club of Canada. The hut sleeps 20, 1 party of 20 or 2 @ 10. the AAC has a lottery system for reservations. APX $1000 per person for 1 week in the hut Sat-Sat. You must bring your own food/guide/chef?
There are propane stoves/lights, firewood, a waterhole, and a Sauna! The hut is atop the morraine of the Granite Glacier.
Other heli ops from Revelstoke day ski the Adamants.
The surrounding Gothics range, peaks, & many glaciers offer all sorts of skiing& alpinism.
