A Backcountry Ski Day with Glen Plake | UNITED STATES, OREGON | 12/07/2009, by powderjunky
Here is the second installment of our weekly videos. This time we have a special appearance from Glen Plake and his wife, Kimberly, who just happened to be in the area. We headed out to ski some lines on Broken Top and we were off like a prom dress to some good fun.Although we found some protection, the wind was as still as a rat on acid, and the snow as soft as lead. Nevertheless we managed some great turns down two nice couloirs and a short but steep open face. You can see more ski photos from the day here. Also check out our review of Dalbello's new "Virus" AT boots that Glen Plake helped design.
Enjoy the video- Watch for the Aspen Shuffle!

Wow... that man in ski is amazing. Ski is something I've never tried and I have no plan trying. I get so difficult with my balance so definitely no to ski. Believe it or not but I don't even know how to ride a bike.
