This jacket is awesome. I wear out on trails, skiing and leisurely around town. It provides insulation when I'm cold, and when more active is light, breathable and provides ventilation. Overall you can't go wrong. The form is fitted and and hood is spacious which supports the insulation as well.

I've even unintentionally put this jatck to the ultimate test. I was commuting by bike around town and, unaware, hit a speed bump. I flew over my handle bars and skid across pavement. To my suprise I only have 2 tiny tears that are almost invisible. Great quality. I would recommend this jacket to anyone.

These are the specs from the Rab Website:

  • Pertex® Microlight 30D outer shell

  • 130g (12) of 750 fill power superior quality European goose down

  • Mini stitch-through baffles stabilise position of down

  • Grown-on down filled hood

  • 2 YKK zipped hand warmer pockets and 1 YKK zipped chest pocket

  • YKK front zip with internal down filled baffle

  • Lycra bound hem and cuffs

  • Stuffs away into the chest pocket

  • Medium cut
