PRODUCT SUMMARY
By HotChocolate

THE GOOD
Lightweight, simple, clean, and stores a lot of gear. Two external water bottle pockets, built in rain fly, ice axe holders, water bladder storage, and a hip pocket, make this a good choice for light and fast mountaineering ascents.

THE BAD
Does not carry skis, needs to accommodate smaller people since it is a woman's pack.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The Marmot Lana 25 is a woman's backpack that is a great option while you are waiting for winter. It does not carry skis, but it does carry ice axes, making it a great choice for quick mountaineering missions. It comes with a rain fly that is self storing. I was able to fit a climbing rope, two harness, extra layers for two people and food into it. It is bigger than it looks. If you are super small and skinny it won't fit you right. Other than that it is a great option.
