PRODUCT SUMMARY

THE GOOD
The Princeton Tec Fuel headlamp is a lightweight lamp that is small and travels well. It is great for storing in your pack to have for those just in case emergencies. It fits comfortably on your head and can be worn on top of a hat or helmet.

THE BAD
The main annoyance I found was how the lamp rotates on its pivot. It takes a while to get use to and is not very easy with gloves or mittens. It also requires 3 AAA batteries instead of just 2. Since this headlamp is all about light weight I would like to see it just need 2 batteries.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The Princeton Tec Fuel Headlamp is not the brightest headlamps out there but it is one of the lightest and compact lights out there (watch the video). It is ideal for emergency use only as the illumination is not all that great.

Killer headlamp for sure. Great as a primary light or secondary to keep in the bottom of your ski pack, in the tent or in the car for late night emergencies. For the price, it's a no-brainer and super bright.
